Sunday, May 4 — Perception is a Choice!

Come join our Sunday Gathering at 9:30 a.m. This week we will meet at Sedona Creative Life Center in the Art Cabin, due to the Book Sale at the library. We’ll go to a local restaurant following the Gathering for more fellowship time.

The perennial questions that humankind has pondered for centuries are no less relevant for us today. “Who am I?” “Why am I here?”

Each Sunday at Sedona Interfaith Fellowship, Rev. Susan Perry takes participants on an inner journey exploring the nooks and crannies of spirituality, humanity, psychology and theology. Inspirational sacred word and stories of compassion, meditation and prayer, interspersed with an eclectic musical mix provided by Music Minister Jon Michael, culminate in a thought-provoking and often moving message on a theme of interest for the week.

This week, we’ll use a short story about “The Greatest Player Ever!” to set the tone for an exploration of the inner world of perception and belief. What we see is all a matter of choice!

Sedona Interfaith Fellowship’s Mission Statement: To be an opening through which individuals may more deeply experience the presence of God. To create this opening by drawing upon the wisdom and beauty of the world’s great spiritual traditions.
